Easiest car buy I've ever had. I'm so happy with my experience at More Mazda. I exchanged a few email with the sales staff looking for some prices on a Mazda 3. Then went in and the whole sale took less then half an hour. I ask for a specific price and it was met with no haggle,high pressure sales or tricks. This WAS the BEST car purchase I've ever had. More

Dennis was professional ad courteous as he assisted us, but there wasn’t anything that fit our specifications within our budget. He gladly took our names and numbers and advised us he would call us when something came in, rather than try to force something on her that she didn’t want. Four days later, I received a text that an original owner to a 2011 Mazda 3 just traded her car in for the newest model. Before it was even detailed, we arranged a time to see it, test-drove it, and purchase it. Thank you for the woman who traded it in with only 30K miles and kept it I pristine condition and thank you to Dennis for keeping to his word and calling us back and to him and his manager for making it an easy experience. More

He took the time to ask questions first to gain a sound understanding of our needs and then went above & beyond expectations when showing us options. If possible, I would only buy a car from Bobby moving forward. Oh, and the Mazda 6 & Mazda 5 we bought are phenomenally fun to drive. Great experience. Go to More Mazda for a higher quality car buying experience and have some "Zoom Zoom" fun while you're there. More
Service Manager Provided Unbelievable Customer Support Larry Donahue, the Service Manager felt that Mazda North America should take care of a problem free of charge. In his opinion there was no question th Larry Donahue, the Service Manager felt that Mazda North America should take care of a problem free of charge. In his opinion there was no question that the problem should be corrected, and that I shouldn't have to pay a dime. He not only escalated the problem through the local region, but also contacted senior Mazda management. While Larry was escalating, he advised me what and who I should contact in order to escalate the problem through Mazda North America customer service. He told me that regardless of the outcome with Mazda North America that the dealership has to absorb the cost and correct the problem. The problem was corrected and I didn't have to pay a single cent because I received $200 in gift cards for Mazda service from customer service. The cost of the repair was $198. Larry deferred payment until I receive the cards. Excellent customer service and repair. More
