I started my search for a new car at More Mazda, visited several other dealerships, and then came back a week later when I had made my decision. Nice to be treated as an intelligent consumer who will make his own decision on his own timetable, rather than a "mark" who has to be "sold" on something. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a Mazda. More

They went above and beyond to work with me as I just moved over to Arizona for a job and did not have All the sales representatives were very helpful. They knew that purchasing a car without physically seeing the vehicle is more of a risk and helped find a solution to this. They recorded a video of the VIN number, vehicle interior/exterior, and performance. There was one minor confusion as I changed my purchase interest to another vehicle (which sold after I had expressed intent to purchase it), but they dropped the asking price of the original vehicle I was interested in to make up for the confusion. They also picked me up from the airport when I arrived in Phoenix and have already corrected a very minor problem with the vehicle, no questions asked or additional money down. Additionally post purchase they also were supportive with recommending insurance carriers as my past carrier was overpriced. I have been very satisfied so far and look forward to seeing them when I bring my car in for routine oil changes/check-ups. More

I've been purchasing cars for (36) years and the folks at More Mazda have set the new standard of what a dealership should be. I was shopping other brands, when a friend of mine visited More to purchase his 2015 Mazda 3. I went along for support, only to be captivated by how Internet Sales Manager Brett Gouvia and Finance Manager Jesse Brusca took phenomenal care of my colleague. The entire process from table to finance to car took (20) minutes, I kid you not. I was so impressed and at ease, that I looked at a 2016 Mazda 6 Grand Touring and decided to get one myself. I contacted them the following week with my budget and what I expected for my trade. I received full value for the trade and they came in below what I had originally budgeted for. Once again, Brett Gouvia took care of every detail and made me feel so comfortable during the deal with it taking only (15) minutes to complete. Howard Knol in finance had everything prepared and the document process was literally (5) minutes. More Mazda includes...window tinting and security etching, wheel and tire insurance, theft non-recovery indemnity, gap insurance and...tah dah...free synthetic oil changes for the term of the loan. Who does this? There is no going back and forth to an anonymous person or an unknown staff members appearing with a bogus offer. Simply let them know your budget, and if it's doable you are good to go. The dealership is not fancy, nor overwhelming. These folks love to make customers happy with their decisions and if you need to sleep on it, that's cool, too. I'm so looking forward to coming back in (3) years to get another More Mazda and I'm sure the boys will still be there to take care of every detail.
