Scheduled to have my vehicle looked at due to receiving a recall notice. Had a good experience before with Mike S. and decided to bring my car in to have it checked out hopeing that I would be assigned to Mi recall notice. Since it was leaking oil and making a mess of the back of my car. I was assigned Johnny instead who wasn’t really the greatest service advisor. Upon explaining my concerns I had with my car he on the oil leaking issue and it creating a mess on the back of my car he immediately jumps to “well how do you know it’s oil on the back of your car” like I was an idiot, so I wiped my finger in it and you could see clear as day it was black and smelled like burnt oil and showed it to Johnny who scribbled some notes down and still wasn’t believing me . When he opens my car door he says “ yeah it smells like your car is overheating” I then told him “no it’s burnt oil, it’s burning oil, not over heating” he then told me “well it’s burning something” and just left it alone. I then get told after going over everything that it’s going to take two hours to do the inspection. I then get asked “you didn’t know it was going to take that long?” I said no because the website didn’t say that when I scheduled the appointment. I gave up at that point and figured well it’s here let them look at it and i’ll pick it up tomorrow. Tomorrow rolls around and I get NO phone call or voicemail stating my car was ready. Upon calling I get told “Yeah I called you twice and you didn’t answer” I then ask did you leave a voicemail and got a flat out “No” Fast forward to coming to pick up my car I get there once over on what they did and that there was nothing wrong with my engine per the recall notice and that the oil filter had two gaskets on it causing the leak, they removed the extra gasket and said everything was fine. Upon going over the paper work and signing everything Johnny then throws that sly comment “make sure when you change your oil next time you make there isn’t another gasket on there” I was beyond frustrated at that point and decided I will never return to this dealership for service. About a week later my leak returned after they claimed to fix it. I have to add oil to my car each week just to make sure it isn’t empty. I would not recommend taking any vehicle here if he is the service advisor, you just going to get chastised for it in the long haul. More

Craig in management was rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend this dealer because of his lack of respect. I wanted a used car, they wanted me in a new car. I said, IF the new car will have payments not recommend this dealer because of his lack of respect. I wanted a used car, they wanted me in a new car. I said, IF the new car will have payments at 300 or less a month, I’ll do new. Otherwise I want the used car. Craig would not give me a payment quote on the used car because he “worked too hard for a deal” on the new car which was 377 a month. Not ok. When I said the payments were too high, he became angry and became very rude. Would not recommend this dealer to ANYONE. More
