In August I had my 2018 Sonata towed to Horne Hyundai. My car, which only had 19,000 miles on it, needed a new fuel pump. They had my car for 63 days before the part arrived, due to the logjam of supplies My car, which only had 19,000 miles on it, needed a new fuel pump. They had my car for 63 days before the part arrived, due to the logjam of supplies from LA harbor. I think the service guys were overwhelmed & very stressed. Last week I took my car back for a recall on the trunk latch & also had oil change, tire rotation etc. It was a totally different atmosphere. They were very friendly & helpful. I will be getting my car serviced there again. More

All in all a good experience with one exception the using the Lyft ride service. There was a mix up on where I was to be picked up. Since my car was kept overnight because they were still fielding a probl the Lyft ride service. There was a mix up on where I was to be picked up. Since my car was kept overnight because they were still fielding a problem with my car. I was at home waiting for my car to be released. The first driver tried to pick me up at the dealership and he very rude complaining about a wasted trip. The second driver had the same problem but I was able to tell him where I was. Unfortunately he complained about not getting paid because he couldn't change the place of pick up. Emily my service manager was very informative keeping me aware of my car status. She was professional and friendly at all times and even gave the 2nd driver money for picking me up. I won't be using the Lyft service if I can avoid it. My car seems to be working great as well. Thanks to Emily my service was pleasant. More
It is my first time here and I think they over booked themselves!! Been waiting an hour and a half for an oil change. And I think I’m going to miss my golf tee time. I've also received several emails and text messages confirming my appointment and also confirming valet service. They missed today's 8:00 a.m. appointment so I called at 9:00 a.m. only to be informed that they do not offer valet service despite the fact that they sent confirming emails, text messages and did so for our previous service. They were unapologetic and basically told me that I could bring my vehicle in for service. Dealing with a Hyundai dealership is the biggest flaw of owning a Genesis. It's a great car but the service is extremely lacking. Genesis of Apache Junction's website is currently advertising that they offer pick up service and Genesis USA is still also touting their 3 year valet service. More
