Matt, the gal that helped me was very nice that wasn’t the problem. The problem was if she would’ve just let me know that somehow things got overbooked and we didn’t have time to take care of me I was OK with that. Instead I was there a total of 2 1/2 hours for just a simple oil change. And ended up forfeiting $100 for a tee time.I just had never been to your dealership before and I was just surprised. I was in business for 25 years in a small town and if you didn’t get things right I heard about it. So I would rather let you know then keep it to myself. So I will probably try it again but maybe go early early in the morning. Thanks for responding.RD
