We were actually sent home with THE WRONG CAR. It was a lower trim than what we purchased, then when we returned the very next day to correct, we were pressured to pay more for the higher trim we actually lower trim than what we purchased, then when we returned the very next day to correct, we were pressured to pay more for the higher trim we actually purchased. The claim was that our contract was written for the lower trim model. If true, that was entirely their doing; we never even mentioned the lower trim, much less agreed to it. A different sales rep than the original did a good job fixing the problem on day two, and we finally acquired the correct trim (although not our original color). It took over five hours to complete the process, even though we came in knowing (and never changed) the exact model and trim we wanted, AND had a Sams Club quote which we re-confirmed prior to visiting the dealership. I won't name names in order to protect people who might've just had an off day, but they are included in some of the rave reviews here. Just be sure you know your numbers, options, and pricing very thoroughly before you embark on the buying process here. I know they get mostly great reviews, and YMMV, but they missed the mark by a country mile on this one. Caveat Emptor. More
