My experience with Hook’s Lincoln (Mark Grabowski) and the 2020 Aviator are perfect.. exceeding all expectations. The sales process was perfect: hassle free, informative, and peace of mind throughout. I drove the Aviator, wow an exquisite balance of fine luxury and performance. The Aviator definitely imbues a unique point of view for the luxury suv class... truly outstanding, not built by a committee. Rather designed and crafted to produce a new driving experience ... perhaps elegant is the right word. Together the sales experience with a unique vehicle combined to quickly switch me from the other German and Japanese brands. Some excellent American brands exist, but they did not deliver me the perfect customer experience combined with a new vehicle designed to make my driving a perfect experience every time!!! More

Road trip My 2 children didn’t even know what they had in the Navigator before we took a road trip down the west coast. We had a small rental, which honestly was perfect for both Portland and San Francisco. But the kids quickly realized what it was like without the luxury of the Navigator. No cooked back seats, no WiFi and no Amazon Prime streamed on the 2 displays. The Navigator has more amenities tha you could ever ask fat for those long family car rides. We love ours! More

The Service Manager (Rick Featherstone) is Amazing I recently dropped my 2017 Lincoln MKZ off to be serviced at Hooks Lincoln. Hooks Lincoln is the only Dealership that I’ve allow to service my curr I recently dropped my 2017 Lincoln MKZ off to be serviced at Hooks Lincoln. Hooks Lincoln is the only Dealership that I’ve allow to service my current MKZ. This is my 2nd MKZ. The first one was serviced at a different Dealership that’s closely to my home. I reside in the HEB area of the DFW Metroplex. There are 2 Dealerships within a 10-mile radius of my home. Instead of visiting 1 of the 2, I drive further just to have Mr. Rick and his Service Team work on my vehicle. Mr. Rick, the Service Manager always provides impeccable customer service. I truly feel he goes above and beyond. He educates you about your vehicle’s maintenance and addresses future concerns when he notices them. You are never blindsided by unnecessary expenses. You can tell he has a passion to serve and educate. He also has a great sense of humor. I appreciate Mr. Rick and his Service Team for going above and beyond. They earn my “BE BACK BUSINESS” every time. More
