Traded for a 2016 MKT I drove from Dallas to Fort Worth after seeing a used 2016 MKT Ecoboost on Cars.com. As the current owner of a 2010 MKT I was well aware of all the at I drove from Dallas to Fort Worth after seeing a used 2016 MKT Ecoboost on Cars.com. As the current owner of a 2010 MKT I was well aware of all the attributes of this particular vehicle, but was interested in a newer one with the Ecoboost system which spells more horsepower and other features. I traded a 2016 Cadillac XTS for the 2016 Ecoboost. Troy Hutchison was my salesman ... he greeted me in the lot and was a pleasure to work with. This was a trade without financing so the process turned out to be longer than anticipated (four hours) but aside from that, it was a pleasant one. Amanda handled most of the paperwork and her participation, too, was pleasant. All in all this was a good experience and I would recommend Hooks Lincoln to others. More

I have previously purchased two Lincolns for myself from Hooks and my experience has been awesome. We decided to replace my wife's Explorer, so we checked with a large Ford dealer, and with Hooks Lincoln. When we compared the lease rates and structure between the comparably priced vehicles, Hooks beat the pants off the Ford dealer. Shaun, Curtis and Jeff worked diligently to accommodate our requests and in no time we arrived at an agreement that satisfied both parties. We were able to lease a 2018 MKC with all the amenities my wife wanted and the color she wanted, Rhapsody Blue! Once we were done with he negotiating, we met with Amanda in Finance, and she was a pleasure to work with. Even though it was now late in the evening, she handled all the paperwork with a professional approach and was very pleasant and considerate to work with. She explained everything in detail and answered our questions. We completed the finance process quickly and drove our car home. It is the way car buying should be I leased a new 2017 MKX for my wife. We worked the deal over e-mail and text. I went in to sign the final papers. Mark was the Lincoln guy, Curtis was the Sales Manager, Amy Jones was my first impression. Amanda is the finance person and she did what was required but no hard sales and no pushing for things she knew I did not desire. She knew my time was precious so she prepared all the paper work she could before I arrived. All did a great job representing Hooks, Lincoln, and car sales. I work hard for deals. They were always professional even when saying no. When it was all said a done, they delivered the new car to my wife as a surprise and I live 25 miles away. Great experience!! And, having a first class, highly knowledgeable professional like Jeff Payne seemed like we had a personal shopper helping us get what we wanted, instead of a self-interested salesperson who just pushed the deal. They said they were here for us and we believe it. The MKX is a dream. And because of Jeff's careful and patient review of all the many features, we feel we are getting the most out of the car immediately. More
