Greeted by kind faces, I was soon ment a gracios specialistwho with out pressure showed me two models of the MK. Mark Grabowski took his time explaining the models both amazing as i had thought they would be. Mark helped me to decide that the smaller MKC would fit my needs just right. He explained all my options and the new lease and how it worked. Now to sale Rick on the idea. I came back the next day.The price was out of my league so i wanted to look at certified useed.Mark was not in so another gentleman showed me used cars. All very nice. He called Mark and he came driving up in the car i test drove the evening. Kip Hooks stopped by to make sure all was top notch. My forever car will be a Lincoln from Hooks. More

Jeff Payne was wonderful to work with--told him just what we wanted in our MKX and what we thought our Highlander was worth. No arguing or pushiness. He told us about The Lincoln Experience in Frisco where we could actually try out the specific seats we thought we wanted in our MKX. It was well worth the trip to Frisco to make sure we would be happy with the 22-point adjustable seats. Once that was determined Jeff found they had the perfect car already on the way from the factory--took less than 2 weeks. The financial business was handled by Amanda who was very knowledgeable and efficient and put absolutely no pressure on us to purchase extra stuff. She just gave us all the options and left the rest to us. Fantastic staff! This is the way car-buying should be--hassle free! More
