I had to bring my Honda Pilot 2016 for transmission change, found out Transmission need to be replaced. Service Team recognized issue and started claim with Honda. I had to leave my car for almost two change, found out Transmission need to be replaced. Service Team recognized issue and started claim with Honda. I had to leave my car for almost two weeks. I was given loaner smaller compact but ok. On picking up manager explained issues again and worked completely. I also brought couple of issues, with car scratch, dashboard panel sticking out and they were fixed. Overall satisfied. More
I did not have an appointment so I chose to wait and the staff was very instrumental in making sure I didn’t waste my morning. the customer service staff was very professional although I was not satisfied with the decision rendered by the general manager on the pricing of the work to be done on my vehicle I fully understand that I h I was not satisfied with the decision rendered by the general manager on the pricing of the work to be done on my vehicle I fully understand that I had a three year or thirty-six thousand mile warranty on my vehicle and although I was past the three year mark my vehicle was still under the 36,000 mile mark and as a sign of good faith good will effort or jester he could have honored the 36,000 mile mark of the warranty showing me that he respected me as a valued customer and tried to work with me on that part or aspect of the warranty instead of charging me full price for the work that was performed if I had missed both aspects of the warranty I would not have had a problem with his decision loyalty works both ways to me it seemed as though all he was concerned about was his bottom dollar More
