I was waiting for 4 hours for an oil change when I was told 2 hours. I got there at 2pm and at 5:57 and representative asked me if I was okay. I was not alerted about what was going on or if my car was ready. It seemed to have been ready for a long time because the guy that came to ask me said my car was sitting outside. I’m very disappointed. More

So I had maintenance service (oil change and tires rotated) I have ‘the Honda pass but I received a coupon for me to have my car washed as getting the car wash is part of the car pass.
