My appointment was not on the schedule, from the start it was an issue. I was told they had no appointments open for that day. I finally had to show the clerk the timestamp on my phone from when I called the was an issue. I was told they had no appointments open for that day. I finally had to show the clerk the timestamp on my phone from when I called the automated system and made the appointment. A manager then pulled up the recordings from the day and heard that I did in fact have an appointment scheduled. Then when telling the clerk I was there for the recalls in addition to other issues with my car he insisted there were no recalls coming up for my car. I then proceeded to open the Honda app and show him the recalls on my car. He said they weren’t in the system. And was very insistent that they were not there and there were no open recalls. After speaking to a manager he asked me if I was whoever and he had the wrong clients information up on the screen. I then informed him about an issue I had with the car going into neutral while in traffic on the parkway. I had taken my car to the mechanic immediately after to which he recommended brining it in to Honda bc the panel was In of repair and the sensors were off. When I told the clerk he was once again insisting that would only happen bc I was involved in an accident. I have never had an accident with my car. He was insisting that was the case. I decided to only have Honda take care of the recalls bc I am infuriated with your terrible customer service and would rather pay my mechanic to resolve the problem than give Honda any additional money. It was a horrible experience, I’ve made it a point to inform clients, family and friends not to buy a Honda. I had terrible customer service when I initially picked up the new vehicle and had a horrible experience once again with your service department. Terrible experience, would’ve give Zero stars if possible. More

Marcel is patient and kind to explain and answer all my questions. I only go to him since 2010 so he’s been taking care of me and my Honda for 13 years now and I bought another new Honda so we will be talk questions.
