Came in to get a NYS Inspection and ended up getting a tire rotation and filter change. I needed all the services i paid for. Checked in at 8am left after 11am. I was able to social distance due to the la tire rotation and filter change. I needed all the services i paid for. Checked in at 8am left after 11am. I was able to social distance due to the large waiting room with tables for eating or working and a section with lounge chairs to watch TV. My service rep was courteous and helpful. Ive been coming to South Shore Honda since i brought my first Honda in 1995. Great service, excellent staff. More

I just love this place.I went so many places to buy a Honda pilot car but valley stream dealer was the best especially Mr Hassan Choudhury was superb. I went in for 2 recalls and a olive change the oil is still dirty which means the oil didn't get changed and the recalls that were supposedly done im still having issues with the vehicle I had issues wit still dirty which means the oil didn't get changed and the recalls that were supposedly done im still having issues with the vehicle I had issues with this dealer in 2012 with a Honda civic that I purchased thru them and it was the same terrible service that's why I didn't get another vehicle thru them but I figured its 8 years later maybe it things would turn out better it left a bad taste in my mouth but I should of went my instinct I won't be getting anymore honda vehicle's after this one.
