This place has changed. First they told me I couldn’t make an appt for an oil change. Then when I called to see if I can get in they said that wasn’t true. Then for the first time I paid $56 for an oil c make an appt for an oil change. Then when I called to see if I can get in they said that wasn’t true. Then for the first time I paid $56 for an oil change $20 more than usual. Never going back. Too long of a wait to pay the same to go outside. Bye More

Safe clean environment with courteous workers. However, I did wait 3 hours for an oil and filter change. And replaced my wipers I felt like this was a very long process especially when I was told that it wou did wait 3 hours for an oil and filter change. I made an appointment to have my car inspected. I was I made an appointment to have my car inspected. I was checked in immediately, but was told that the new owners of the dealership requires me to show I made an appointment to have my car inspected. I was checked in immediately, but was told that the new owners of the dealership requires me to show proof that I am entitled to a free inspection ever since I bought the car in 2013. Luckily I had the receipt at home, so my husband sent me a photo of it. Over an hour passed, and I was told it would be another 5 minutes. After about 20 minutes later, I went looking for an update. It turned out that the inspection receipt had been sitting on the desk of the guy who checked me in. More
