I was checked in immediately, but was told that the new owners of the dealership requires me to show I made an appointment to have my car inspected. I was checked in immediately, but was told that the new owners of the dealership requires me to show proof that I am entitled to a free inspection ever since I bought the car in 2013. Luckily I had the receipt at home, so my husband sent me a photo of it. Over an hour passed, and I was told it would be another 5 minutes. After about 20 minutes later, I went looking for an update. It turned out that the inspection receipt had been sitting on the desk of the guy who checked me in. More
