Honda of Sarasota scheduled an appointment for me by email. Emailed me three reminders. When I showed up I was informed that the parts that were order for me was not in stock. I assured him he needed not apologize that it was out of his control. Not so much for the dealership though. They should get a better handle on their I.T. department. That department should infancies customer support. Not a hard situation to repair. More
