I've taken my Ridgeline in twice. The first time was for the first scheduled maintenance. I waited four hours in the lounge. The second was the other day. The vehicle kept turning off at stop lights and then one morning would not turn on. I took it in and described the problem. The two people who serviced me said that it is likely a "battery issue". They changed the battery. Today, my Ridgeline died twice at stop lights again...no change. Looks like they should not have pre-diagnosed "battery problem" so quickly. BIG shout out to Service Advisors Bryan Pedler and Darin Meyer! I showed up to my appointment unannounced and an hour early so I know I was catching Bryan unexpectedly. I was greeted by Darin who supported me until Bryan became available. I must say that I was blown away my the authenticity, kindness and thorough work of both Advisors. I thought I knew what I needed before I came in, but they begin to ask questions to better understand my issue. They quickly diagnosed my issue and provided a better solution. I'm extremely grateful for their help and I must say that it's people like Bryan and Darin that will keep me a Honda driver for life!! More
