We could not locate the car I was interested in. It took about 45 minutes to find the car. I was told the computer that tells them where the car is on their many lots had not been updated. Ultima It took about 45 minutes to find the car. I was told the computer that tells them where the car is on their many lots had not been updated. Ultimately, I purchased the car. Not until I took delivery that I learned there was only one key fob. I had to purchase an additional key fob at quite an expense. Upon delivery, the car was clean and the gas tank was filled. I received a follow up telephone call from my salesman. He was pleasant during the entire transaction. Matthew in the business office was very pleasant also. More
