The worst service ever! !! Diaz the finance manager does not return phone calls. Tyler the salesman was professional. He tried to help with my issues but it was beyond his co !! I went to the dealership to be told the finance manager Diaz was with a customer and wouldn’t he done until 8. It was only a little after 5. A 2024 Honda Civic after everything $55k, what a rip off!!! I was told they would make the numbers work after the previous team left, My experience has actually been worse with the new team. I pray that anyone goes there make sure you know the cost of the vehicle, do not let them skip that and tell you they will make it work to help you. They have screwed me horribly. It was something I was willing to negotiate and see if we could come to a common ground to resolving the issue, but not even a simple phone call back. More

Clean but not all attention to customer. Didn’t know too much about Toyotas, salesman didn’t show me damage on truck. Didn’t know that back window rolled down. I’ve been bringing my cars to this dealership for over 20 years. I’m much closer to the Bradenton dealership but choose to travel the extra distance because of the service I receive. I know each of my cars years. I’m much closer to the Bradenton dealership but choose to travel the extra distance because of the service I receive. I know each of my cars have been in the best of hands with every service advisor. I believe the service advisors are honest, professional, knowledgeable, and will go above and beyond to provide the best service possible. Joe is one of those advisors.
