I have been dealing with Honda of Princeton since 2004 and have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership. I have dealt with sales(both new & used),parts and service. My main contact persons have been Jonathan Dorf and Tom Connelly.Both are real professionals who are both knowledgeable and supportive. They always go the extra mile for a customer. I should also mention Chris in service, Joe and Chris in parts who have been very much involved in keeping our vehicles in top form.Kevin who runs Express Service, has been my mentor since my first visit to Honda of Princeton.Mark,Head Mechanic is the Best! I will continue my relationship with HOP and send them customers at every opportunity! More

Calm, pleasant atmosphere. Salespeople were not the slime you meet at other dealers. Good selection of cars in stock, so good probability to get car in lot that meets your desires. Price negotiations were concluded swiftly so you didn't have to waste a lot of time there. No long drawn out process that I have experienced at other dealers. Even if I might do a little better in price at some other dealers, the pain and suffering and waste of time they put you through is not worth saving a couple of bucks, in my opinion. More
I was looking for a new car and had visited a couple dealerships. Honda of Princeton had the exact car I wanted. Taylor Reed happened to be the guy who picked up the phone the actual day I came in to buy my new sweet ride.....and I was grateful he was! I think I will buy every new car I get from Taylor! Car shopping had not been an enjoyable experience previously, but this time it was FUN!!! John Dorf came over to thank me and wish me luck. I was there for about 4 hours and thankfully all the people I met were really nice and entertaining! Evan worked on the numbers and while I wasn't too thrilled about my monthly payment, he was such a good sales person in finance I took extras I didn't think I wanted. And he's the finance guy...impressive. My husband and I plan on getting another car and I have feeling that it will be a Honda and we'll be driving in to see Taylor. You should, too!!! I may not have paid what I wanted to pay for the car but the amazing thing is that everyone was so awesome at the dealership that the few extra bucks were worth it to me. And...free oil changes and a car wash for the life of my car? FANTASTIC. Love these guys! More

I didn't buy my Accord there although I live in Princeton since their price was way higher than Hamilton Honda. Today, I called them if I can do a particular service(I mentioned what I need on the phone) and since their price was way higher than Hamilton Honda. Today, I called them if I can do a particular service(I mentioned what I need on the phone) and they said just come. Then I went there, but a serviceman told me I needed to make an appointment. After figuring I didn't buy my car there, he became very unfriendly and rude. Told me to make an appointment, and he didn't record my phone and name. I don't think he actually made an appointment for me. Anyway, I will never go there again. I don't know how this dealer could survive with these kind of people. Strongly against this dealer. More
Have leased before through Gary and Honda of Princeton and it has always been a very pleasureable experience. The renovations to the dealership are also very good and I especially liked the enclosed deliv and it has always been a very pleasureable experience. My husband and I arrived to see a used car we had seen on-line. When we described the car to Steve, he realized that it was not on the used lot because it had been sent over to the new car lot. He went over to get it and brought it back for us to test drive. While we were gone, he printed the carfax report that we had asked him about and brought up on the computer the record of maintenance that the car had since arriving at Princeton Honda. My husband asked about Kelly Blue book and he happily retrieved that information for him as well. We informed Steve that the car was for my son and that we needed to bring him back at 3pm when he was done working. We also mentioned our concern about the one small dent in the rear fender. Steve got Pete involved who explained that he would either have it fixed or take the cost of fixing it off the price of the car. While we were gone, Pete got an estimate for the fix. When we came back at 3 PM, the car was ready for us to test drive again. We decided to take the car and Pete gave my husband such a great price, my husband did not even haggle and he is the haggling King! By this time it was 4:30 and the dealership was closing at 5. They told us they could deliver the car on Monday. After seeing the dissappointment in my sons eyes, Steve and Pete spoke to Jim who agreed to stay and do the paperwork. We completed the paperwork about 6 pm and Steve was still there! He had the car detailed and was waiting to explain the bluetooth system to my son. He sat in the car with him for about 30 minutes going over things with him. While we were waiting Chay ws passing by and mentioned that he loved that car and that he was the new car sale rep that took it in. We then boraged him with questions about the past owner such as age, why it was traded in, if it was garage kept. He was pleasant to speak to and helped us pass the time while we waited for Steve to finish with our son. It was an amazingly smooth, stress-free, haggle-free transaction. More

We purchased a 2012 Honda Pilot EX 4WD recently at this dealership. Great overall experience from the time we went for a test drive to final hand over of keys. Evan, our finance manager was great too - explained the different financing packages available and wasn't pushy at all. There was no pressure to buy the vehicle either on the day of test drive or later. Price negotiations were conducted in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is interested in a hassle free purchase. More
