Our entire experience was amazing. Bob Kashman made us feel completely comfortable. There were no hidden costs; the estimate he gave us was complete, including sales tax and document fees. This was very unlike all the other dealerships (5-6) we visited. He was the most professional and kind. He really cares about his customers and took the time to work with us. After we had bought the car, he stayed late, and found a service tech to stay late, and finish adding the extras we had ordered so that we could take it home the next day. Best of all, however, he took 1/2 and hour to explain the myriad technical aspects of the computerized systems to us the night we took the car home. Thank you Honda of Princeton. More

Lisa Madiara's customer service is beyond compare. She promptly responds to emails, and follows-up without being annoying/pushy. My only criticism is that I would prefer to deal with only one salesperson; in this case I would have preferred the internet sales person follow me throughout the entire processs --- this ensures consistent communication and offers a more seamless approach. (Yet, I am aware that many dealerships separate internet sales and showroom floor sales) More

Buying a new car here was made as easy as it could possibly be. I got an almost immediate response to my initial request for an Internet quote, and received a follow-up email explaining exactly what w possibly be. Lisa Madeira did a great job of keeping in touch by email until I was ready to make a purchase. On the day I was ready to come in for a test drive, it was my good fortune to be assigned Taylor Reed as my sales consultant, who is definitely not your stereotypical car salesman. He is very professional and pleasant to deal with. He did a great job explaining all of the features of the car to me. I came in for a test drive at 6pm thinking that I would have to make arrangements to pick up the car another day because it was already late in the day. But they were able to make everything happen in two hours, including taking care of the return of my Enterprise rental car through their satellite office. One less hassle for me to deal with. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealer and have had a good experience both times. More

They helped us to organize all of the required documents for trading in our old vehicle and preparing to take home our new car. They were very knowledgeable and we felt they tailored their suggestions to the needs we expressed. We feel we got a great deal on our new car and love driving it! We enjoyed our car buying experience and look forward to seeing Gary and Lisa, along with the entire staff again when we take our car in for the free oil changes and car washes. More
The experience at Honda of Princeton was terrific. We had gone by to get a quick oil change on my 2006 Civic and ended up leaving with a beautiful 2012 Civic. We drove up and were greeted by name. Even if it meant the service guy just looked up my license's plate in their database to get my name, it was a really nice way to start off the visit. We decided to wait and for fun to test drive the new civics. I loved the car as soon as I drove it - especially the technology package Honda has included in their new cars. Awesome. I told them what deal I wanted and within 20 minutes, we were done. The attention we got as customers was outstanding -- we got just enough space to make our decision without feeling pressured or having hovering salesmen at our side, but were able to ask as many questions as we wanted. The dealership was busy so it took a little longer to finalize the paperwork and drive away in our new car. The experience was great because of Jonathan and Bob! More
