Outstanding Dealership I am not the type to write online reviews of car dealerships, but after purchasing 5 vehicles from Honda of Princeton over the past 3 years, I thought I am not the type to write online reviews of car dealerships, but after purchasing 5 vehicles from Honda of Princeton over the past 3 years, I thought I would share my great experiences with them. In my opinion, for a dealership to be successful, they need great employees. Everyone I have dealt with from the sales people, finance, parts and service and particularly the management team (Jonathan Dorf and Peter DePersia) have been excellent. My salesperson, Cedric Maguirre makes the buying process easy and always follows through on his promises. I do not live in NJ but make it a point to drive the extra miles to have my vehicles serviced at HOP. They have provided great service, are timely when they promise the vehicle to be ready and when necessary, have provided a service loaner so I am not inconvenienced. I have recommended HOP to many of my friends and would suggest you check them out if you are in the market for a new or used Honda vehicle. More

After visiting other dealers, it was nice not to be badgered. My sales consultant, Julian Lopez, was very knowlagable , polite and made my wife and I very comfortable. He answered all our questions and was not pushy. , Dan V. an associate was also accommodating to our needs while shopping. Raza in finance is a true professional. He also was very patient and explained all the finances in great detail. I had limited interactions with the service department, however they did have our car ready to go as promised. I would recommend Honda Of Princeton to my friends. More

Despite computer issues Michael Diaz did his best to get us through the financing process as quickly as possible. Honda of Princeton has hard working and dedicated employees. Although I did not get the color that I want...... I love my new Accord......... I definitely would recommend Honda of Princeton to family & friends. More

Worst Service Department Ever!!! I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership but never use their service department cause it is horrible. Appointments mean nothing Made an appointment a week in advance for a loose belt issue that would take probably 10-15 minutes to fix. Got there 15 minutes early. Sat in waiting room for over an hour and a half, only to discover that they hadn't even pulled my vehicle into the repair shop. I asked "Why bother making appointments if they mean nothing?". Of course I got no answer, only "sorry". The thing that really irks me is that my appointment was for 11:30AM. I have no doubt that at the moment I walked in the door, the service department knew that they would not be getting to my vehicle for several hours, yet said nothing to me about a very long wait. I mistakenly assumed that with an appointment, someone would be looking at my vehicles as scheduled. WRONG. I can't tell you if the service was any good, because I took my vehicle and left without service. The service department management and the service reps clearly don't give a xxxx about their customers More
