My experience at Honda of Princeton??? Terrific! Having purchased our brand new Accord less then 24 hrs. ago, I can look back and reflect upon my overall experience as being a very positive one. My situation was unique, I was purchasing a vehicle for an elderly parent. I had specific criteria to be met. I explained to Dan my situation, and without hesitation understood implicitly. His experience with people and knowledge of the product was apparent. We were able to narrow down to a specific vehicle and price point relatively quickly. The process of obtaining the vehicle was even more impressive. Between a series of texts and emails, he was able to have our paper work prepared in advance of our arrival. We were on our way home with a new vehicle in no time flat. This has been a pleasant experience all round, and i hope we will have a chance to do business again in the near future. Bravo Dan! The Sales Rep, Gary Kafitin has been wonderful, gracious and very honest throughout the years that we have leased with Honda of Princeton. We leased a Honda CR-V which is used mostly by my wife and we are extremely pleased with the vehicle since it was highly recommended by Gary due to its all wheel drive capability and handling in bad weather conditions. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Gary Kafitin. Gary is a no nonsense, no haggle type of person and the very best Sales Rep that we have ever been dealing with in respect to auto sales. This dealership is like family once you get to know them. One final note, our experience with Mike Diaz (Business Manager) was very good. He explained the lease details and covered any additional items that could be provided under the lease coverage. Very happy with my new 2015 Honda Civic! I came to Honda of Princeton with a burgundy Civic in mind. Gary Kafitin was my salesman. He was friendly and also quite funny! He was more than happy to show me the burgundy Civic they had in their lot and gave a very thorough rundown of all of the features. He even showed me how to park backwards into a parking spot using the backup camera. I was set on the car and was hoping to make the purchase soon. Gary and the manager. Rodney Bohler, were happy to walk me through the financing process during the next few days and, three days later, I was ready to make the purchase. I needed my father to cosign with me that night, but because of his schedule, he could not make it in until 8.30. The whole process went past closing (9 pm), but the team was willing to stay late, which I appreciated very much! In addition, Raza Rind in finance, who was walking us through the final financing process, was super friendly and great to talk to. From the beginning, Gary emphasized "transparency", and this is exactly what we found at Honda of Princeton. I was looking at cars at other Honda dealerships, but was turned off by their high pressure sales tactics (ie, constant phone calls, the need for a "deposit" to hold the car, condescension, etc). Honda of Princeton is not like this at all. The whole process was so easy here, and I would definitely come back to Gary at Honda of Princeton if and when I decide to purchase another Honda! More

Best dealership experience ever! I bought a Subaru Outback from the used car center. I have had some really bad experiences with dealerships and was not looking forward to going throu I bought a Subaru Outback from the used car center. I have had some really bad experiences with dealerships and was not looking forward to going through the usual nonsense.I was pleasantly surprised that everyone was very cordial and professional, and I especially liked the no pressure atmosphere. From my salesman, Matt to the used car assistant manager Ryan, and Business Manager Dan, the process was so easy and relaxed. They were even able to get me a great finance rate, better than my own banks'. The cars on their lot are all detailed and spotless ! Even though I live 70 miles away I would not hesitate to come back because of my experience here. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends and any one else who wants to buy a car from people who know how to do business. Thanks to the dealer principle for hiring and developing such great employees and business practices ! I will be back !! More

Wouldn't Go Anywhere Else I just got a new CRV, my third from Honda of Princeton. Before that I drove an Oddessy, so many of them I have lost track and I was driving an Accord I just got a new CRV, my third from Honda of Princeton. Before that I drove an Oddessy, so many of them I have lost track and I was driving an Accord before that. My husband and my two sons are all Honda drivers. There is a good reason for this. Beginning with the outstanding treatment we receive from Brian Watkinson when we pick out the car, to the very efficient way the financing is handled, to the always accommodating service department, every aspect of Honda of Princeton is a pleasure to deal with.
