Terrible Service Experience I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and have the majority of my services completed here and have up until now been very happy. That all changed this most recent time I went in for service. I dealt with a service advisor who I have not seen before, Jason Pelcman. From the moment I arrived I got the sense that he was annoyed to be working on this day and it showed. He was not very friendly and at times even rude. Even when he called with the diagnosis of the vehicle he again made another rude comment about having to be at work on this day. I had a major service completed and spent almost $600 and they didn't even reset my maintenance minder! Looks like I will be going to Hamilton Honda next time I need service. Huge disappointment. More
Outstanding Service as Always We have bought 8 vehicles from Rich Santos over the past 23 years and have always found him and his dealership to be honest, fair and accommodating. O We have bought 8 vehicles from Rich Santos over the past 23 years and have always found him and his dealership to be honest, fair and accommodating. Our last two purchases from him were a 2001 Accord and a 2006 Odyssey. The Accord had 200k miles and was still running strong -- the Odyssey has over 150k and acts like new. Is it any surprise that when we decided to buy a new car we again turned to Rich? He never tries to steer us toward a particular vehicle, but listens to our needs and makes informed suggestions as to what car would meet those needs. In this case, we ended up with a 2015 Accord EX and couldn't be happier. Thanks to Rich, Uma and Chris for their professionalism and commitment to making this an enjoyable transaction. As a postscript, note that we live a mile from another Honda dealer, but travel 52 miles (one-way) to do business with Honda of Princeton. They are that good. More

They got my SSN and had me sign a credit form which i was told would not be for credit as i was paying all cash. Day later i have a hard hit and when i went to the dealership, they were very rude and say that i signed the credit form and they were checking if i can get a lower APR( Daaaa, i paid u cash with my hard earned, tax paid Money ), Hit was in the name of HONDA OF PRINCETON, and later they keep saying it's a soft hit to check if i'm a real person and is the same story they told when they let me sign the credit form. Would not trust them as a salesman is a salesman but the worst of any kind with 100% fake promises are here at Honda. Would only talk sweet and everything changes once you have signed with no courtesy to explain the reason why there's a hard hit and keep asking how much did you credit score go down and no one cares for a hit and sort of stuff which makes me believe they do not care for personal info. More

I went to my local mechanic and he said there is no leakage in the axle...and he even didn't find any problem with the axle...this is not the only thing after oil change my car mileage drops suddenly from 29 mpg to 22 mpg... after oil change i noticed the sign of TPMS in my car i went to see the air pressure it was 22 psig and they have written i the report as 32 psig...so weird I will never go to Honda of Princeton for service... More

Our experiences purchasing our Odyssey and leasing our Civic were excellent, and thought we would never buy a car anywhere else.....until last year. We went back to discuss an offer on our Odyssey we received in the mail only to find it was not at all what they said or discussed on the phone. We left the dealership very dissatisfied, and no one ever called to follow up. We continued to receive the letters on that offer for the next year. So I called and spoke to Kerri Villani who was at first very apologetic, and was going to get back to me. Of course she never did. Now the lease on my husband's car is almost up and we get another call and e-mail from her. At this point it is laughable to think we will do business with them again, but I would have expected some kind of sincere apology, which did not happen. She made excuses and suggested that she take us off her list. Whatever new management has taken over, I am sad to see a dealership I had a lot of respect for doing business this way. More

Our expectations were well met in terms of which car we wanted to buy.The required color and the time of delivery was assured in advance. The pricing was negotiated in a very matter of factly manner and we were able to get the best possible value for our money. Financing terms were explained by Raza Rind and all information on terms of rates and amount ,was provided very transparently. Purchasing a car is a Happy moment and Princeton Honda did whatever they could to make it very special and pleasant experience. More

We purchased a 2014 Honda Odyssey Elite from this Dealership. This is my third car purchase in 6 years but have never met a Salesperson like Maxine. The knowledge she had about the minivan was 100%. I am a IT professional and made sure i read everything about the Van before entering the dealership, However after interacting with Maxine for 15 minutes I came to know that my knowledge is incomplete. This car purchasing experience was the best I have ever had. Their staff was knowledgeable, and worked diligently to get me the car that I wanted. Everything about the car I purchased was explained to me before I left, the car was detailed, and filled with gas before we pulled off the lot. We were given information for contacting the dealership in case of questions or problems, as well as had our first maintenance appointment scheduled. All in all, it was the least painful experience I have ever had purchasing a car, taking less than 3 hours from start to finish, and now I have a car I can count on to transport my family on a daily basis.
