Bartek-The most down-to-Earth, honest, thoughtful sales guy! OK, so I am incredibly weary and cynical when it comes to salespeople. I don't trust anybody, having been in the presence of some unprofessional and f OK, so I am incredibly weary and cynical when it comes to salespeople. I don't trust anybody, having been in the presence of some unprofessional and fake people. Coming from NYC, my skeptical nature is on high alert when purchasing anything, especially something expensive and involving commitment. BUT then I met Bartek, a complete breath of fresh air. His patience and thoughtfulness was apparent, immediately when I walked in to Honda. He answered all my questions, and talked me through the differences in leasing and buying. We went through a variety of models, and he always encouraged a car that would fit my needs! It was never about guiding me to buy an expensive model. In fact, he worked with me on what was in my budget and what exactly I wanted in this new car. He made sure all my requests were met! He never ever pushed me and was very encouraging about me taking the night to think about it. Honestly, I knew I wanted to lease the car when I left the dealership yesterday. But, as a rule of thumb, I wanted to sleep on it. I returned today and left with a leased 2017 Honda Civic Sedan. When I arrived, I was greeted by a clean, shiny, brand new car. Also, Bartek walked me through all the features and my questions, no matter how silly they were. And BOY do I ask a lot of questions! :) He gave me his contact info and made sure to tell me to reach out to him in the future for anything! And I left the dealership feeling like a happy and ecstatic customer. The manager, Joe Bruno, was also great! Right before I left, he came over and asked if everything was ok, and also said, "If you need anything else, or have any questions, please contact us. Anything at all." I mean, who does that? I've never had that kind of experience with a dealership! I can't recommend Bartek enough! Honestly, the next time we are looking into vehicles, or if anybody asks for a recommendation, Bartek will be my go-to-sales guy! Thank you SO much, Bartek and Joe! I was directed to Joe Bruno, who offered me a great deal on a brand new leased Civic. I thought it was too good to be true, but nope, there were no catches. He introduced me to Jalil McGaskill, the deal closer, who was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. And again, no, there were no catches. These guys were honest, up front, and so informative! I had such a positive experience, and I love my new car. I've leased my past three cars from Brian Watkinson here, who is also great. I have nothing bad to say about this place, and each car I lease when my three years are up is even more of a beautiful pleasure than the last. With the impending snowstorm on Thursday, February 9th, the dealership worked to get the exact car I wanted within 24 hours and make the transaction happen before the weekend. I had a really positive experience outlining the deal to lease a new Honda Civic Coupe EX-T with Jalil on Tuesday, and got a fair, transparent offer for a new car. He was ready for my dad to come back the next day and ask the "tough" questions which are to be expected from a financially savvy, retired CPA. Jalil is any extremely personable salesman and was a pleasure to work with. The rest of the team also did a great job with quickly inspecting and detailing the car and working out the finances (thanks, Jarrett!) so I could get my new car home safely before the big storm.
