We sincerely apologize for all the inconvenience that the malfunction in the remote starter has caused you, your wife, and the baby. We appreciate the time and patience you've spent working with our service department to resolve this issue. While strive for 100% customer satisfaction here at Honda of Princeton, sometimes situations do occur and we do the best we can to resolve them as soon as we possibly can. We've completely replaced and updated the module for the remote start system as well as installed a new Honda system in your CRV at no charge. While this does not compensate for inconvenience, we hope that we've at least left you with a better impression. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do to earn your trust.
