Not only did Ms. McClung provide prompt and complete responses to my internet inquires, she was incredibly helpful in answering all additional questions I posed during our call. In truth, it was her working knowledge, prompt attention to my inquiries and her delightful, friendly and helpful personality that lead my wife and me to personally visit the dealership and pursue the purchase of a new vehicle. Thank you, Brittany! Upon arrival at the dealership, my wife and I were greeted by Mr. David Hawkins, Sales Associate. While I have never been a fan of going through the machinations associated with a vehicle purchase, our experience with Mr. Hawkins was, simply stated, exceptional. Mr. Hawkins demonstrated the utmost professionalism, customer focus, communication skills, sincerity and honesty of any sales representative that I have ever dealt with at a car dealership. In fact, he made the process of negotiating the purchase of our new car a totally enjoyable experience. Thank you, David! During the final stage of our purchase, we were introduced to Mr. Barton Sallee of the finance department. Once again, we were impressed by Mr. Sallee’s professionalism, operational knowledge and customer orientation. His ability to effectively and clearly explain all aspects of new car financing was impeccable. In addition to his affable approach to customer service, we learned that Mr. Salle is a devotee of the Star Wars movie series. As such, he appears to personify Obi-Wan Kenobi type characteristics, particularly in the area of being a good sport! Thank you, Barton!
