Very friendly staff, no pressure sells. I can in on a spur of the moment, not really expecting to buy a new car. Miguel helped us out and showed us the cars we were interested in. I've had bad experiences with car dealers before, but Miguel was very helpful and at no time tried to push or sway me a certain way. Negotiations went smooth and we were able to come to a great deal on a showroom floor car. My only complaint was with financing. He was coming up with horror stories to get me to buy their overpriced extended warranties and gap insurance. I understand there are possibilities of something happening, but it's less likely to happen than what he was making of it. He also flew through the paperwork, so it was hard to catch mistakes or verify what you were signing. Overall I had a great experience, and a deal I was comfortable with. More
