Im sure this is in their training, but for a car shopping deal to take 2.5-3 hours is ridiculous. Then 1.5 hours to just go by and pick it up after you already purchased it. I looked around and it was the same pattern with all the sales staff ( leaving clients to sit at the desk twiddling their thumbs while you go off and have something printed. We have precious little free time and none of it to sit and wait and wait and wait again. It is a good thing we don’t do this often. Thanks Lance. We will refer our friends to you!! More

This was the first place we went to get some information and look at the new Honda Civic after researching on the internet. The first person to greet us was David Hawkins. He was super nice and professional and without any pressure. We came back to Honda of Murfreesboro go of David Hawkins. We did purchase a Civic through David, we would later complete sale with Chris Peters due to David suffering the loss of a family member. Chris was also very nice, eager, and professional as well. We arrived a little early for our appointment and Chris took care of us right away. Super nice and very knowledgeable. Took time and explained, while showing, features on our new Civic. We appreciate so much their dedication for wanting the best for the customer. Excellent service from sales to finance with Travis, Heath Elliott, and to everyone we came in contact with.
