High integrity and professionalism My visit was conducted at the highest professional standards. My airbag light was "on" despite bringing in my car for two bag recalls. The examination revealed it was a seatbelt problem that illuminated the light, not an airbag issue. I appreciated the honesty (at no charge to me). In addition, Grace was wonderful; she approached me immediately after I stopped my car in the garage and recorded my concern. She assured me that this might not cost me anything if it's related to the recall (which I completed in 2015). The waiting room was clean, the TV was not too loud (as is often the case), and the coffee was high quality (which is rare for coffee stations). After two signatures on the work completed I was off. This was a pleasant experience in which staff integrity and professionalism was front and center. Well done! Mark More

Out of Town walk-in I was traveling alone and needed to let my 2-year old get out of the car and run around. I stopped in to get a needed oil change. No problem getting I was traveling alone and needed to let my 2-year old get out of the car and run around. I stopped in to get a needed oil change. No problem getting me in and out in an hour without an appointment. My toddler was able to run around and entertain the customers and staff. Thanks, Rodney Arviso for your patience with him. More
