Tire problems I got a screw, nail or whatever, it was huge, in my tire. Called Honda and asked if they patched tires and they do - YAY! Tires mixed up After setting up an appointment for service, I received a call back and email. I returned the call. Spoke with a couple of different people -- bottom line was they didn't have the Michelins in stock. After some discussion, they would order some Goodyears and have them by the afternoon, ready for my appointment next morning. Morning of appointment, the service rep had no clue I had already ordered Goodyears, nor that I had talked with other service reps, returning their calls/emails. In the end, I went with Yokohama tires. I only mention all this because it appeared the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, and I ended up making yet another choice on the spot. More

Service Department I would have given Honda of Murfreesboro 5 stars but they weren't able to address a phone sync issue for me on the premises. They are supposed to call me back when they have it figured out. Grace in the service department was very easy to work with as well as Diane who made everyone feel welcome in the waiting lounge. Hope they get back with a fix for the phone sync problem. Looking forward to their new facility when they get moved in. Will Clark More

From the very beginning the sales We came to Honda of Murfreesboro looking to trade our 2004 Nissan Pathfinder in on a newer low mileage used vehicle. From the very beginning the sales staff was very polite and helpful, especially Rodney Arviso. He listen to our wants and needs, as well as our situation. He showed us several options in which to chose from. Once we had made our choice, the staff actually informed us that we would be better off buying a New car instead. After looking at a few models we chose a 2017 Honda Civic LX. They worked up the paperwork with all the extras we said we would like. The entire process was easy and pretty quick. The entire dealership staff went way out of their way to accommodate our every need. They were never pushy and never said NO. We were and still are very impressed with Honda and especially Honda of Murfreesboro. Highly recommend Them to everyone we know. We left there in our new CIVIC, very happy and surprised, Even though Honda finance was not able to give us everything we wanted as it turned out. We are quite pleased with the final result.
