Great, Unexpected Experience I saw the new Honda online and was interested in just looking at one. I went to the Murfreesboro Honda website and requested a call. Peggg was persistent in getting in contact with me. I finally scheduled to go on a day I was off from work. When I arrived at the car lot, Joe was the only one who thought to even speak to me. He asked me if I needed assistance and it went from there. I appreciate that because it felt like the others didn't want to help. Joe made sound recommendations and listened to what I wanted. He was very patient through the process. I wasn't expecting to buy that day but because Joe worked so hard to get a deal worked out, I left in a Brand New 2018 Accord. He stayed engaged with me the entire time because it took a while for everything to go through. He walked through a demonstration of the featurea of the car. I hope he is available when I am ready to make a new car purchase. Thanks Joe, for everything. More

Excellent service I called yesterday afternoon when my "service soon" light went on and was invited to bring in my car this morning. My 2013 Acura RDX has been here bef I called yesterday afternoon when my "service soon" light went on and was invited to bring in my car this morning. My 2013 Acura RDX has been here before so I was aware that work beyond the rountine oil change was coming up. By examination of my car it was time today to attend to a number of maintenace items. Zach Butler, my Service Advisor was thorough in his explantion of what needed to be done and why. Where I had options to consider he patiently presented these to me as well. Zach was very efficent and thorough and then so was the gentleman who worked on the car. In what seemed to be a very reasonable amount of time I was good to go. I visited with Becky, the very pleasant & gracious Cashier, paid up and was on my way. My experience today was excellent but really ~ it always is! By the way...last time I was in, I asked Zach to try and find an obnoxious rattle that has been present for years. I was heading out on vacation and thought I might as well ask although I had no expectation of success. Well...Zach stayed with it and found the problem and fixed it! Just like that!! I couldn't have been moe pleased and yes, the noise is still gone! More

Our first Honda I was very impressed with the courtesy & knowledge of those we worked with. The car & paperwork was ready & organized when we got there. All the extra I was very impressed with the courtesy & knowledge of those we worked with. The car & paperwork was ready & organized when we got there. All the extras they put on the car, like the rubber floor mats & tray I was going to purchase, the pin striping, freshly waxed & super clean, not to mention a full tank of gas ... shows the integrity of this dealership!! All of that made our 2.5 hr. drive with 2 detours worth the effort!! I was a Toyota owner & my husband a Ford owner. We are so happy with our first Honda!! It was the BEST car for the dollar! We love driving it, still learning about all the features. So happy we found a dealership that goes beyond our expectations!! Thank you, thank you!! More
