The price of $5000 bill was extremely high when there was a know problem in the past on The Honda Odyssey with oil leaking into the cylinder. Knowingly that this issue has a class action lawsuit it would ha a know problem in the past on The Honda Odyssey with oil leaking into the cylinder. Knowingly that this issue has a class action lawsuit it would have been nice to have an explanation as to why my vehicle did not qualify as a 2012 vehicle. I had to put off purchasing a new car for 4 years to pay off this bill and not knowing it will last this long. This is why I was disappointed and wish Honda would have fixes this issue before any law suit was established. I hope it’s not too late for Honda to do the right thing as a reimbursement for the pain of having such a bill. More

They gave me a false information about my vehicle. They said it needs a cylinder ring replacement for three of my engine pistons which will cost me for this task about $4K. I asked to replace all of m They said it needs a cylinder ring replacement for three of my engine pistons which will cost me for this task about $4K. I asked to replace all of my spark plugs (6) they told me that it won’t fix the issue. I asked them not to do anything about it. Next day I went to my local mechanic shop and asked him to replace all of the spark plugs and it cost me only $200 (labor & parts). Since then the car is running perfectly no Engine light is on and it drive smoothly. I came to a result, that the Kenosha Honda dealer should not be trusted for any task even if it is simple as changing an Oil. I use to go to Kenosha Honda dealer very often but my last visit will be the last one. I will report this incident to all of my friends who has Honda vehicle and to the BBB website. This is not acceptable. More
