I have I high mileage pilot. I left pressured into making a lot of repairs, plus while making the repairs a couple of parts were broken in the repair process, so I had to pay for I left pressured into making a lot of repairs, plus while making the repairs a couple of parts were broken in the repair process, so I had to pay for those parts too. Overall I spent $5400 after expecting to pay for 1 wheel bearing repair. Way way more than I expected. More

I spontaneously stopped in due to my tire pressure alert popped on a couple times. Turns out I had a nail in my rear tire. I agreed to a patch until my future appt to get all tires replaced. I had my dog wi popped on a couple times. Turns out I had a nail in my rear tire. I agreed to a patch until my future appt to get all tires replaced. I had my dog with me & couldn't sit there with her for 2 hours. I left, heard an odd noise, pulled over and saw a bolt in my tire! I called & returned & they verified this was not standard protocol. Tire tech used a bolt vs a plug!! They said my tire tread was too low for a patch so he did this, yet no one told me! Joe verified this was not normal & gave me a rental to get my dog home as they were installing 4 new tires. I mention all this in hopes this incident taught the tire kid to ask for help or at least have someone verify his work before sending a customer on the road. Joe was superb during my long afternoon there. More
