Porter service has been wonderful. Not pleased with charging me the 3+% to use a credit card. I'm sure you charge enough to eat the 3%. Aaron was great. Manager eh. Not so much. I told him I had a great fico. 820+ He dismissed me. I was the purchaser. Not my husband. He had a hard time with that. We were there late. We gave him a number. If you can't you can't. He kept coming back with a small concession. Nope this is my budget this is my number. More

This dealership is incredibly unprofessional, and frankly unsafe. The service center isn’t as big of an issue as the dealership is but i was deeply disappointed with my entire experience. The lack of safety unsafe. The service center isn’t as big of an issue as the dealership is but i was deeply disappointed with my entire experience. The lack of safety measures could’ve ended very poorly for me and there was a HUGE lack of understanding and sympathy on their end. I will never step foot in this dealership and will never recommend it to anyone. More
