Worst Dealership EVER!!!!! Definitely the worst Dealership I have ever bought a car from. The day I bought my 2016 Honda Accord in April 2016, the dealer Randy Wilson was a nic Definitely the worst Dealership I have ever bought a car from. The day I bought my 2016 Honda Accord in April 2016, the dealer Randy Wilson was a nice guy but did a really terrible job in offering me anything for my car. He tried to argue with me when I was correcting him on things between my old car and the car I bought. He really didn't know anything about the cars. It was such a quick and crappy deal with offering me any accessories for the sale, nothing like that. While doing all the paperwork before closing of the dealership for the day, they were in such a hurry so they all could go home. Magda is Extremely Rude Service department sucks xxx. I scheduled an appointment for the first oil change for my car. The day I got there, I was 10 minutes early for my appointment for the check in process. As soon as I got in the Service Department, I stood there 10 minutes before my appointment, then at the scheduled time, Still no one would talk to me or the service writer said it would be a couple minutes and he would help me. Then 15 minutes after my scheduled start, I finally got some assistance. The xxxxxxx advisor asked if I had an appointment and of course I said "Yeah 15 minutes ago". Their staff is slow and stupid there. Joe Valente is slow and stupid And Finally, I keep getting stupid letters in the mail from them asking if I want to buy a car from there or wanting to trade my car in for deals. Do these xxxxxxx realize I just bought a car from them not even 7 months ago or keep track of anything like that?!?!?!?!? DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HONDA OF KENOSHA!!!!! THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP!!! YOU DO NOT FEEL WELCOMED AT ALL THERE!!! DON'T GO THERE!!! More
It was very pleasant and efficient. We knew what we wanted and the car was waiting for us when we got there to take a test drive. They found exactly what I wanted, within a day, Anthony drove all the way to pick it up and deliver it to me. I got the color and model with all the amenities I wanted and needed. Anthony made the process quick and easy. He was a great salesman to work with. I would definitely recommend him as your salesperson when you go to Honda of Kenosha. Lying crooks Took my car In for service. Mechanic said I needed brakes. Took car to get a second opinion at another brake shop in town (Pauls Bender Center) they i Took my car In for service. WILL NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN!!! More

The car I purchased has scratches on it and they promised that if I gave them a 5 star review they would have them taken care of. When I went in to drop my car off to have the scratches fixed the first impression I got was rude and unhelpful. They were short and unpleasant and even though there had been a note made about a rental they acted as if it was such a big deal that I asked for one. And I also mentioned that my BRAND NEW car's AC was acting up and they said that I would have to bring it in at another time to get looked at. It wasn't until I brought up my frustration that ANYONE was willing to help. I reached out to my orginal salesmen and he has yet to get back to me. I will be calling the 800 number and filing an official complaint. Your best bet is to take your business elsewhere. More
