I had an appointment at 8:15am to get 2 bulbs replaced and get my all season floor mats. Also i mentioned if they can set my doors to unlock when the car was shut off and the writer said he will see if th and get my all season floor mats. Got there around 8 and my car was not in the shop until almost 8:50am. The “technician” was having a hard time replacing one bulb and a total of 4 people went up to him probably to help out. After his struggles he replaced the bulbs and the floor mats. I get my keys handed to me by the writer and he said have a good day. Then he said oh your car is not capable of the door unlock feature. Its a 2013 Honda Fit Sport and it is capable. So i YouTube it and in the parking lot i figured out how to do it. So the car is capable of the feature and either the writer and technician do not know the product or they were lazy and did not want to do it. They did not do a multi point inspection and also my car was not washed. Even tho i bought the car from them and get free car washes!!!! More
