The service center and particularly Amy were very helpful. Though i will say that the used car manager supposedly denied some work to look at a noise when in park and to update the head end unit (not helpful. Though i will say that the used car manager supposedly denied some work to look at a noise when in park and to update the head end unit (not sure if there is even an update available but Android Auto has some issues at time that i wanted to see if an update to the unit would fix). Also, the fact that the CERTIFIED Used Car had the bumber not connected 100% is a little worrisome but that is NOT the fault of the service dept in my opinion. Time will tell with the other issues i mention above but for now i am very happy with the service dept itself. More
