My wife and I recently purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot EXL and our purchasing experience was nothing less than amazing. From the moment we walked in through the door to the moment we pulled off the lot with o and our purchasing experience was nothing less than amazing. From the moment we walked in through the door to the moment we pulled off the lot with our new vehicle, the staff was professional and thorough every step of the way. Our sales representative was Roberto Sandoval who made us feel like we were the only ones on the premises (this is considering that Saturday is their busiest day). Roberto answered all of our questions, pulled up a few trims of the vehicle model for us to check out, and had an eye for detail in preparing the vehicle before handing us the keys. We highly recommend Honda of Kenosha and look forward to shopping again in the future. Karmala Sutton has an excellent operation running there. It was worth the drive from Chicago! More

The one and ONLY person I can trust and will treat me with respect is Joe Valente! The last Auto Butler visit I sat in the waiting room and heard your staff bad mouthing customers after they left or were with respect is Joe Valente! When it came time for me to get my car I was just given the keys and I had to go hunt for it. Joe Valente would never treat his customers like that! He is honest with them and lets them know what is best for their automobile. To be very honest with you, if it wasn't for Joe Valente, I would take my business somewhere else! I don't like being lied to. And I do not appreciate poor customer service. Honesty and a smile go a long way! Treat your customers the way you would want to be treated and they will keep coming back. I believe this is Joe's way of treating customers. So unless it is an emergency, I will turn around and walk out before I allow myself to be treated poorly again! That is why I schedule my appointments to make sure that ONLY Joe Valente is my technician! You might want to have your staff model after him. When I was there for this visit, a couple came in and she was very angry and called her Honda a lemon and she would never buy another Honda. Joe was calm and talked with her and got her the assistance she needed. I was very impressed by the way he spoke with her! At no time did he lose his temper, but just calmly spoke with her and addressed the issues that she was having! I would think that you would want ALL your technicians to treat customers like this! I hope that you allow Joe to know what a professional and outstanding job he is doing. People need to hear what they are doing right just as much as when they do something wrong. Was able to make an appointment several days out and the problem with my vehicle was resolved. Would have given a higher rating if there had been a loaner vehicle or if they got my car back same day.
