Courtney Graves was excellent. Did not like that $2,000 of dealer add-ons were added to the used vehicle and not disclosed in the original price, and not explained until the test drive. Good place to take your Honda. If an advisor Anywhere wants to sell you a flush of anything, do your homework. Does the Manufacture recommend it? At what interval? If not, why is the dealership recommend wants to sell you a flush of anything, do your homework. Does the Manufacture recommend it? At what interval? If not, why is the dealership recommending it? Stick to Manufacturers’s recommendations. All the rest is just to pump the bottom line, not do what’s right for your car. And ALWAYS go see what they’re recommending (brakes, etc) before you say yes. A good tech/advisor combo thrives on their honesty so they won’t mind. More
