My husband and I just moved to St Louis from New York not more than a week ago and were in desparate need of a car within a certain budget to fit our criteria. We stumbled upon Honda of Frontenac by chance and are so grateful we did. Sean Sage was assigned to us to assist us in meeting our needs which he absolutely did. Not only was his level of professionalism up to par, he was personable, pleasant and eager to fullfill our needs and send us home happy (not necessarily typical qualities for car dealers). He did not waste our time or try to sell us a car outside of our price range. He took us directly to what we were looking for and worked with us to settle on a deal we were both comfortable with. I worked with Sean on the purchase of a used Honda Fit. Found Sean to be very helpful and not pushy. He was a go between from me to the used car sales manager, the financing dept and he also talked to the Found Sean to be very helpful and not pushy. From bottom to top, EVERYONE is friendly, and there is NO pressure. I could tell that Nick was one of the newer associates, who was filling in for Martin, who handled the previous purchase at Frontenac. Ma pressure. They all share, and the attitude is far different from the other dealers where the salesmen are like vultures, fighting for every person coming in the door, and following you to your car. Nick was simply outstanding..! As Martin was last time! Nick was patient, worked with us to get the best deal and own our confidence with his honesty and candidness about his background and family. Seriously, this dealership is awesome. Forget about the other guys; get a better deal with a WHOLE LOT LESS stress. Ours was a lease, and we were shopping competing Honda dealers and Volkswagon dealers. Nick works on units, not commission, so he wants you to get the deal, and he is such a genuine guy.
