I worked with Paul Leong at the Dealership and had a great experience. I live roughly 130 miles from the dealership and I did not want to make multiple trips to "wheel and deal" on my new Honda. Pat Carroll is the reason i go to honda frontenac. He is a service advisor there. I am a single female who does not know much about cars. Taking care of the customer is Pats number one priority. He sits down and takes the time to explain things in detail with me. Pat tells me what is best for my car and me. He is concerned about the customer not about how much money he can make off of them. I find this to be a rare trait in the many people who work in the sales business. One time I just missed the shuttle bus from honda to take me home so I was going to have to wait over an hour for it to come back. Even though it is not his job, Pat went above and beyond the call of duty and drove me home himself so i would not have to wait. Pat also always knows who I am when I walk in the door. The list of kind things Pat has done for me and my family ( who also have honda's) is the reason I will always go to Honda Frontenac and recommend it to family and friends. You just do not find this type of customer service anymore. THANK YOU PAT More

I miss the name "Huey's Honda", but Frontenac Honda is, in my experience, even friendlier and more customer-service oriented.
