Well the old 2002 Odyssey is running well again. And this is important: I've got 3 kids, a husband, a job, and family in town. Last week, when they called from the camp that my son hurt his arm, it was great to have a reliable car. (Yes, it was a broken arm and now he has a cool cast to impress his buddies.) With an older car I expect to need repairs and to have expenses, and I think it's the "green" thing to do to keep an old car and keep it running well. I've used Honda of Frontenac's repair service many times and over many years, even before it was Honda of Frontenac. The service has always been timely, honest, and effective. This latest service was to replace the transmission. UGH! I fell over when Pat gave me the estimate. I contacted Honda America to see if warranties might be available, and they were helpful... to a point. Then Dan the Service Manager had a friendly chat with the reps he knew, and they really came through for me with help on the expense. So Honda of Frontenac delivered a first rate repair at what turned out to be a great price, and I'm grateful. I'd recommend them to anyone. More
Everything about my new car buying experience was exemplary. I had first called the dealership to inquire about their current inventory on the van I was looking for. The gentleman I spoke with, Rando exemplary. I had first called the dealership to inquire about their current inventory on the van I was looking for. The gentleman I spoke with, Randol, couldn't have been nicer, and in fact called me back within 5 minutes after going out on the lot to check. After making the decision to go to that dealership to buy, I called Randol back later tha morning and asked if he would be available to show my husband and I the van later that evening. I was shocked to find out that he wasn't even a salesman.(I couldn't believe he took the time to help me, knowing he wouldn't be getting the commission from the sale.) He kindly gave me the name of a salesman that would be there later in the evening and even thanked me for calling back to schedule a test drive appt. When my husband and I got there, Tom was waiting for us and couldn't have been nicer about showing us the various models of vans they had in the trim package that I wanted. In fact Tom kept appologizing that I couldn't test drive the exact van I wanted to purchase, bcause it had litterally just been delivered earlier in the day. It was still covered in plastic and hadn't been made road ready yet. I was thrilled to know that the van I was buying was so spanking new it only had a single mile on it. Throughout our buying experience, we NEVER felt pressured. Everyone was very nice, and even the Business Manager, Lisa, was very friendly and did her very best to get us the exact extended warranty we wanted for my specific driving needs. Becasue it was late in the evening when we got to there, we weren't able to take the van that night, but was given a top-of-the-line van as a loaner to take home for the evening. When we arrived the next morning, the van AND Paul the Sales Manager were sitting right out front waiting for us. The van looked beautiful and Paul had everything ready to go. He took us out for a quick lesson on how all the new gadgets in the van worked and even took the time to program my favorite stations in the radio, and even connect my cel phone for the blue-tooth feature. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. They truly made a potentially stressful experiance very enjoyable and they came through on everything they promised and even somethings they didn't. I would refer my family and freinds to Honda of Frontenac without hesitation! More

Sean was so helpful in this process, which was very stressful for me since I didn't have a lot of time to find a car. I have been using this dealership for 20 years for sales and service and have always gotten very high quality care. This is the 3rd car I've purchased, and I've been using the service department since 1992. They have never tried to do unecessary repairs or sell me something I don't need. I highly recommend them and will definitely do business with them again in the future, and even though I wasn't able to purchase a new or used Honda at this time, when I am ready to buy a new car down the road (and it will be a Honda), I will come back to them to purchase my car. In the mean time, I will continue to use the service department for any repairs on my "new" car. More
I worked with Paul Leong at the Dealership and had a great experience. I live roughly 130 miles from the dealership and I did not want to make multiple trips to "wheel and deal" on my new Honda. Pat Carroll is the reason i go to honda frontenac. He is a service advisor there. I am a single female who does not know much about cars. Taking care of the customer is Pats number one priority. He sits do a service advisor there. I am a single female who does not know much about cars. Taking care of the customer is Pats number one priority. He sits down and takes the time to explain things in detail with me. Pat tells me what is best for my car and me. He is concerned about the customer not about how much money he can make off of them. I find this to be a rare trait in the many people who work in the sales business. One time I just missed the shuttle bus from honda to take me home so I was going to have to wait over an hour for it to come back. Even though it is not his job, Pat went above and beyond the call of duty and drove me home himself so i would not have to wait. Pat also always knows who I am when I walk in the door. The list of kind things Pat has done for me and my family ( who also have honda's) is the reason I will always go to Honda Frontenac and recommend it to family and friends. You just do not find this type of customer service anymore. THANK YOU PAT More
