This sensor is on national backorder with no date for in stock. I was told to drive with yellow light on anyway. Is Honda selling these Accords with a known defect? It may be so as the part is on national backorder. Should Honda put a stop sale order out until this is fixed? More

I went to HOEC to finance our leased vehicle which we got from them and was told after a little bit of time was that as a conditon of financing, I was going to have to purchase an extended warranty. The 201 from them and was told after a little bit of time was that as a conditon of financing, I was going to have to purchase an extended warranty. The 2017 CRV only has 20k miles on it ! They wanted me to pay 22,300 for a residual price on the contract of 15k. All 3 of our Hondas get serviced at HOEC and I love those guys! This type of treatment goes a long way to ruining what I felt was a great place to spend my money on my cars. I emailed the GM and he's all crickets. We'll see if they retain a loyal customer or destroy my faith in them. More

Nicole was very friendly and helpful, the process was so easy that I barely spent any time on it except the initial 1 hr intake process. I highly recommend this place to not only Honda owners but any car owner!! Thank you very much Honda of El Cajon for such great service!!! More
Dishonest practices On 02/09/19 I went to Honda of El Cajon superstore to possibly buy a new Honda CRV . I test drove the car, liked it and knew I would buy it. I notice On 02/09/19 I went to Honda of El Cajon superstore to possibly buy a new Honda CRV . I test drove the car, liked it and knew I would buy it. I noticed that next to the sticker price on the CRV they had a list of four extra items. They put on the vehicle wheel locks, paint protection, mud flaps, door guards, all worth about $100 but had added to the sticker price an extra $2000. That in itself should’ve been a red light and a warning sign. I told them I didn’t want any of it they said OK. I had them make me a offer on my Q5 Audi as a trade-in. We negotiated about the price of the car for a while then I said that my wife and I are going to go to lunch and think about it. That’s when the sales manager got involved. Said he would throw in on the deal a six-year 80k miles zero deductible warranty. I said to myself it’s getting better. I said I appreciate that but we’re still going to lunch. He then sweetened the deal even more and said we will give you 8 year 120K miles zero deductible extended warranty. Said ok. When we got in the finance Office and looking over the contract I noticed that he did not "throw in" the warranty but that they added $3600 to the sale of the vehicle. Of course I said no way and the finance manager walked out to get the sales manager. Boy that’s when the lies really started. Anyway to make the story shorter, I negotiated $1000 off the price of the car got the warranty down to $2400. I drove the new car home but went back to the dealership the next day to cancel the warranty because I found another dealer who sold me a warranty for $1200 for the same 8 year 120 thousand mile offer. I felt that the manager of Honda of El Cajon was a lying cheater paid to use this tactic. I have bought numerous new cars in my life and have never been treated like he treated me with this deceit. I made an official complaint to Honda of America. Please note that the same company owns the Toyota dealer next-door. I’m sure they have the same sales tactics. They had the same extra four items on the Toyota sticker also. All this to say though, our salesman, Ivan, was wonderful and you could tell somewhat uncomfortable with this tactic. We also do like the car. More

He told me they have 2 dealerships Toyota and honda me an my wife drove out there to meet with jt he met us and turned us over to a salesmen and i asked him for the list and he told me the salesman can help us and walk away the salesman said he just works the phone there is no list of used suvs to show me and they only had one suv fos sale also i asked him what about next door at toyota lot and he did say it was same owner but he cant take me over there i did go over to toyota and they had only 2 used suvs i was no happy but we went to mile of cars and found what we were looking for so it wasent a total losr i recommend going to mile of cars More
