Though it is located in the downtown area where it is hard to drive around, I found the place and parked my care reasonably easily. I had selected the car I wanted on-line. I was introduced to Mike Patel, and my first impression was that he did not fit into my stereotypical sales person's image. I liked that. He gave me time to question and think at each question. I felt I was given my chance to make up my own mind to decide. There was a person absent in the financing department and I had to wait for a rather extended period of time. I had Cynthis to do my paper work. She was strongly persuasive and I finally bought 5 year extedned warranty. I don't regret the decision. I would say she convinced me to buy it. In spite of long wait, missing manual, and missing set of keys, I appreciate my experience of dealing with genuinely sincere persons, and I came out of the dealership with very positive feeing. More
