I visited 2 Honda dealers before Los Angeles Honda. Both were very disappointing. One of them was extremely rude to my wife and me. At Los Angeles I was met by Sailyn Cruz. I came in not exactly sure if I was going to purchase a car that day or just look around. After scoping out the website beforehand, I saw a Honda Fit that I wanted to check out. After hearing soo many stories about slimy dealer tactics, I entered the dealership a bit apprehensive. Tracie immediately set me at ease and made me feel comfortable with the process. The live "in-house" singer also helped! We took a test drive of the car, talked about finance options, and before I knew it, I was taking home my super lovable Honda Fit. Gladys came back with Juan and introduced us and I was very happy with her choice. A situation that could have turned out bad for all of us turned out great. I have been taking my Honda to HDTLA for over a year now and although the service is great I have ran into a couple of concerns with a certain Advisor.
