A perfect team at Honda DT I previously wrote a review which I gave a well deserved five stars to Honda in DTLA. Unfortunately the vehicle had to many problems, transmission, et I previously wrote a review which I gave a well deserved five stars to Honda in DTLA. Unfortunately the vehicle had to many problems, transmission, etc. After dealing with this car for about three months I went back and forth with the dealer regarding this issue. Steve Aguayo was always very concerned about my issue and he helped me to get a solution to such problem. I went back and he took me to speak with the GM Carolyn Olavarria, I was frustrated with this whole situation and I was upset, she maintained her cool and found a perfect and satisfactory solution to my problem. Now I am driving a brand new Civic 2018 thanks to this great team. Carolyn, Steve, Albert, Chris and Fernando, they all did an amazing job solving this problem. GREAT TEAM!!  The only thing missing were the doughnuts, how about some empanadas in the future? :-) More

Awful I bought a 2017 Honda Accord. I was there for 5 hours and they never even gave me the lock for my reins. The car had no gas either. They've refused to I bought a 2017 Honda Accord.
