I came in today to see if I can get a car. I had a sales rep by the name of Frida she was not helpful at all. She clearly doesn’t know what’s she is doing. So unprofessional. She’s lazy she didn’t even want to go to the lot to see the car that I had in mind. She wanted to choose whichever car from her phone. I had to tell her if we can go to the lot so she can have idea what I want. FYI she is the sales rep and I’m the customer I shouldn’t be telling her this she should have known.Customer service was horrible from her. Ugliest experience today. I won’t be coming here again. It’s nothing like the commercials. Nobody was friendly at all. They all looked like if they didn’t want to be there and cashing in on a check without doing nothing. More
