where to start , took my car on saturday to get the maintenance done to the vehicle . drove it out was making an excessive noise on the bottom of the vehicle . the panel that was removed to the oil cha maintenance done to the vehicle . drove it out was making an excessive noise on the bottom of the vehicle . the panel that was removed to the oil change was left loose . tried calling no one answered . not the front desk not reception no one . not the first time this has happened . went in today to let them know the advisor victor was very polite and understanding about the situation but was trying to blame us for the damaged under panel even after admitting that it was dragging on the floor . said he was gonna replace it for a used one . i talked the manager in which he was the worst person to talk to . could not admit that the damaged was caused from the tech not installing it correctly said that it was our fault that we hit something even after the pictures that showed that the screws were missing . tried telling me that the screws were on there tight only to contradict what the advisor said that it was dragging, neat less to say he had the worst attitude possible. even after i explained that the part that was damaged was the part they had to remove to do the sevices . the worst part is he tried to blame us. i have bought 4 cars from that honda dealership. i was gonna go for the fifth car for my brother . rather go to honda of santa monica. all he had to do was accept the mistake his tech did and move forward . it’s a shame they have a manager like that i can only imagine what other damage they try to convince other customers have done .
