They spent a long time helping us find the perfect used car. They were never anything but patient and kind, However it took a week and many calls to different employees to finally get the car inspection re car. They were never anything but patient and kind, However it took a week and many calls to different employees to finally get the car inspection report needed because the car we bought was "as is" and within a day lights appeared on the dash. I would encourage anyone who buys a noncertified car from them to get the extended warrantee (as we did) because you will likely need it. We were able to get $1500 worth of repairs covered 2 weeks after we drove the new/used car home, because of the extended warrantee. We also paid $1300 in regular maintenance on top of that because the car was coming due for a major mileage checkup and once the mechanic got inside the hood he saw the car appeared to have been neglected of its regular checkups. I think I would advise anyone buying a car there to ask to see the "inspection report" of any car that you buy "as is" and study the maintenance report from CarFax before you commit. All in all, we really like our new/used car...it just cost more than planned. More
