Very hard to find at least one somewhat decent dealer representative. Didn’t have a good experience, they knew i was in need of a car and took that to advantage to get my money. The agent was not receptive. I requested for him to detect which light bulb was defective for 2x but didn't comply and so alone I check upon it and went back to him after falling I requested for him to detect which light bulb was defective for 2x but didn't comply and so alone I check upon it and went back to him after falling aline again. No eye contact as if I was talking to no one. It is disgusting that they cannot update my clock time for pilot 2005.they gave instruction which is.not my expertise. I told them I am willing to wait further if they can do it for me which is near the time it can be changed. They asked their boss and was told that it should be the customer who should do it. I went there for service and they cannot do what is supposed to be their expertise. They don't know which branch I can go to to change the time in the vlock. More
