SERVICE VISIT

I had an appointment for 8:40 arrived at the dealership about maybe 820 am how to ask for help no one approached me to see her but I need it or what was I here for I had to get off my car to ask somebody t about maybe 820 am how to ask for help no one approached me to see her but I need it or what was I here for I had to get off my car to ask somebody to be able to help me out around I asked for also inside the sales department see if I can look at you looking to get into Honda 2022 Civic hatchback car salesman help me out when he would help me out the vehicle that we were looking for it it was on the garage area so we went down there and I saw my vehicle about 9:10 or 9:15 around there with the hood open it seemed like they were already working on my car I did not get received my car into almost 10:55 .. I had to go check online with my vehicle I asked for supervisor said a supervisor will be with me shortly it took about 10 minutes to get a supervisor also I was standing near the service area no one knowledge me or asked me anything.. I guess they send everybody would put some customer service to Hollywood to the new dealership.. this is already the third time I had issues when I take my car to do service in my vehicle More
