Edit: Raul, the finance manager, reached out to me and made sure my issues were taken care of. He set me up with Diego who offered me a gas card due to how much time was lost for all the mishaps. However I was let down by several inconveniences. Like low gas before I could leave the lot. Low oil upon leaving the lot. AND they incorrectly reported mileage on all my contracts which caused them all to be rewritten the next day. More
