The experience was grueling. I arrived on time for my 3pm appointment and didn’t leave until 10pm. You would expect that consummating the deal would be easy, but they don't take personal checks, they only allow you to charge $2,500 maximum for a d You would expect that consummating the deal would be easy, but they don't take personal checks, they only allow you to charge $2,500 maximum for a downpayment, they require you to make an appointment to sit with their finance person to sign all the papers, they didn't communicate that I had purchased a Certified Preowned Vehicle to finance person, they didn't provide any paperwork or proof that I purchased a Certified Preowned Vehicle, they didn't provide a full tank of gas, they were going to have me come back to pick up a second key for the car - which would have entailed reprogramming both keys, they didn't search for an alternative way to provide a key at the time of delivery (I did). The dealership acted like it had a monopoly on used cars - and I would never go back to them for another car, for service, for anything. More
